REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate and  costume nature of Douglas Shop designs, all sales are, of course, final and no refunds will be issued.

If you have an issue with sizing, you may exchange the item for the SAME STYLE in a Douglas Shop SIZE,  so long as the item is unworn and odor free. We allow ONE EXCHANGE per order and the exchange will be FINAL. If items are sent to Douglas Shop without prior authorization of exchange, said items will be sent back. All shipping costs are incurred by the customer in the event of an exchange, no return labels will be given. Orders ineligible for exchange are any past 2 weeks of delivery for domestic and 45 days for international. 

Undergarments (jocks, slings, thongs and underwear) hoods and swimwear are final and unable to be returned or exchanged due to TAIWAN Law regarding hygiene.

There will be an additional $35.00 domestic and $35.00 international servicing charge invoiced to you for return shipping.

If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or for some reason you have received the wrong item, please contact douglasdudsshop@gmail.com and we will be very happy to assist you on the next working day. The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Eastern time. Emails are responded to during the working hours. If you email us outside the working hours you will respond on the next available working day. 

Special Note: If you have sent us an email, please check your junk/ spam folder as our email replies have been ending up there.
