We provide international services for Taiwan Chunghwa Post International Express and parcel delivery of clothing. Except for pre-order items and special-order customized items, all products will be shipped internationally within 7-14 working days after you place your order. If any product is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When choosing Chunghwa Post EMS international express delivery, it is strongly recommended not to use postal boxes to avoid return shipments, and leave a phone number where you can be contacted. This method will help your national postal delivery service contact you and arrange a delivery time and location, which will deliver your package faster.

On average, a spandex CATSUIT weighs 1 pound, and a wrestling vest and wallet with sweatshirts and leggings weigh about 0.5 kilograms. You can choose your shipping method during checkout. Please note that the stated delivery time does not include the time for any customs operations. Therefore, Douglas Shop cannot fully guarantee receipt of the package within the specified time. If the goods fail to contact you in time to change the delivery, you will be responsible for returns and exchanges. No liability for refunds.

When ordering products from elastomerShop for delivery outside of Taiwan Federation you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Full responsibility for any legal problems concerning customs and delivery of goods in your country lies with you as a customer. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. This also concerns parcels that are opened, lost, delayed, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities. All of the contents of the parcels will be declared but in some general words (jocks, briefs etc — as spandex underwear, leggings as spandex pants, mask — head guard, etc).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Failure to pay the Customs fees may result in your package being held by Customs. Packages returned for such reasons will incur a secondary shipping fee if reshipped.
